Eyewear Manufacturing Process

Kingho’s eyewear collections go through a meticulous technical and quality control process to provide eyewear that features exceptional design and an impeccable fit, all while upholding the highest standards of quality. Here are something you should know about our eyewear manufacturing process

IDEAS AND DESIGN

The first step in eyeglasses manufacturing is to come up with the design idea. Designers will create sketches and use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create digital models. These designs will be refined until they meet the desired specifications

MATERIALS AND COLOR

Each material has its own unique properties, and the choice of eyewear materials will depend on the customer request and specific design, strength, and durability requirements. The color of the frame will also be chosen at this stage.

EYEWEAR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Making a pair of glasses requires many different manufacturing phases. To make sure that the work cycle and end products meet quality controls across every single step, Kingho divides its production into 4 different processes:

cutting the frame shape using specialized tools or CNC machines
The frame is then assembled by connecting the parts together.
The lenses are cut to size and shape and inserted into the frame
The hinges and screws are added to ensure the frame is adjustable.

FINISHING AND ADJUSTMENT

After the eyeglasses have been assembled, we undergo a finishing process. This involves polishing the frames to remove any scratches or imperfections. The lenses are then cleaned and inspected for any defects.

Adjust the frames to ensure they fit comfortably on the wearer’s face. This involves making minor adjustments to the temple arms, nose pads, and bridge to ensure the glasses sit correctly.
